Winter Weather Policy
The winter weather is on its way. We want our parishioners, friends, staff and our clergy to be safe this winter season. Our family has decided on the following in case of inclement weather.
- We will follow the guidelines set by the City of Buffalo for winter weather, (driving ban etc.)
If there is a driving ban in the City of Buffalo there will be no services and parish offices will be closed, including St. John Gualbert in Cheektowaga.
- We will also follow the Buffalo Schools winter weather closures. If Buffalo schools are closed due to winter weather, there will be no services and parish offices will be closed, including St. John Gualbert in Cheektowaga.
Our closings will be posted through our local TV stations: Channel 2 and Channel 4.
Please be assured, the Mass intentions during driving bans and school closures will be fulfilled by our priests in their residence chapels.
