As we enter Holy Week, we hope to see you often, starting with Morning Prayer of the Pascal Triduum on Holy Thursday at 9 a.m. and later on, Mass at 7 p.m. Read the bulletin for further details of our church celebrations leading up to Easter Sunday!
This weekend is the last weekend to purchase your homemade pierogi and placek from Kanty’s Kitchen for your holiday celebrations: Saturday 3-5; Sunday 9:30-noon, or until sold out. Sunday we will be serving lunch: Alice’s BBQ burgers or Jen’s chili. Eat in or take out. Have a look at our basket raffle, which has some great items; drawing will take place about 1 p.m.! Please support this event if you can; it is our biggest Parish fundraiser and benefits the ongoing expenses of Saint John Kanty/Saint Adalbert Parishes.
Going out to visit seven churches on Holy Thursday? Here is a link to an itinerary of East side churches (thanks Chris Byrd/Broadway Fillmore Alive): http://broadwayfillmorealive.org/2.0/2019/04/one-night-and-seven-churches-pilgrimage-holy-thursday-2019/
