Fr Fred Betti, SJ, Director of Campus Ministry at Canisius High School, offered Mass the third and final week of our advent journey. Fr Betti shared with our group his love of the Advent and Christmas season as well as some of the customs he follows. Over the past 18 years he has developed his skills in restoring damaged  members of the traditional manger scene and brought one of his favorites, a shepherd boy with his lamb, and presented in his homily why this was one of his favorite pieces. The public is invited to view the nativity at Canisius High School when the school reopens following the Christmas break.

We thank Fr Betti for providing a wonderful climax to our advent journey!

Following Mass a short video including two selections by the St John Kanty Choir as well as photos of St John Kanty Parish Community, including St Adalbert Church, was presented (click on the link below). Refreshments and fellowship followed in the Convent Center.
