The month of October each year is dedicated to the Most Holy Rosary. Pope Pius IX said, “Among all the devotions approved by the Church none has been favored by so many miracles as the devotion of the most Holy Rosary.”
As in past years members of our Rosary Society will lead us in reciting the Rosary 1/2 hr before the weekend Masses: 3:30 on Saturday and 10:00 on Sunday.
Please spend a little extra time in church to say the Rosary during October!
We are in need of weekday Mass intentions.
Remember your loved ones who have passed away, for special occasions (birthdays/anniversaries), and those who are ill. To request a Mass you can click on this link: http://www.saintjohnkanty.com/mass-intentions/. You may also phone the office between 9-11:30 weekday mornings (893-0412), or simply drop your request in the collection basket. The stipend for Mass is $15.00.
Weekday Masses are held in the church Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30 a.m. All are welcome to attend!
