Greetings of the Season to all Alumni!

We hope to see you at SJK during December. Below is information on our Christmas Cookie Sale and Small Appliance Raffle, which takes place this weekend, as well as our Mass schedule for the Christmas Holiday.


DUE TO ONGOING REPAIRS TO THE CHURCH…PLEASE USE THE BROADWAY DOORS TO ENTER AND EXIT. ALSO: MASKS ARE REQUIRED WHILE IN CHURCH. 


Homemade Christmas cookie sale and small appliance raffle will take place THIS WEEKEND! Purchase your raffle tickets in the church vestibule before or after weekend Masses or phone the rectory during office hours (716/893-0412 weekday mornings). 


We invite you to join us for our Christmas Liturgies:

Christmas Eve – December 24
4:00 p.m. Mass/Children’s Pageant at St Adalbert

10:00 p.m. Mass at St John Kanty

Christmas Day – December 25
10:30 a.m. Mass

New Year’s Day – January 1, 2022    

10:30 a.m. Mass


 

Looking for an outing during the holidays? Fr. Roy Herberger’s extensive collection (365!) of International Nativity Sets from 59 countries will be on display at the Fatima Shrine, 1023 Swann Rd., Youngstown during their Festival of Lights. You may visit from 5-9 pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays starting on November 20 until January 2 (with the exception of November 25-26, December 24-25 and December 31). If you have any questions, please call Father Roy at 716-852-2076.

 


There are openings Masses for the rest of 2021, and the Mass book for 2022 is open. Remember your loved ones who have passed away, for special occasions (birthdays/anniversaries), and for those who are ill. The Mass stipend is $15 per Mass.
